after i calibrate instead of stoping to bend a 90 degree it bottoms out like its not calibrated.

Are you getting completely thru the calibration where it displays 180???

i calibrate and set degree at 90 or any degree and machine bottoms out.its not catching the degree's that are put in computer. so i'm running machine on manuel micrometers.

If you get thru the calibration without any error then you may have a bad scale/encoder. You will need a scope to check this.
